解決3.1.3上安裝Ｗinterboard後的問題

3.1.3後 安裝 winterboard、有時會出現 sad iPhone或 Exit Safe Mode
叫重開機的狀況... 進Cydia Respring 或 重開機幾次也沒有用

主要是mobilesubtrate 版本在擋住
先把 Winterboard刪掉, 安裝新版mobilesubtrare
DL mobilesubtrare
重開機 在裝 winterboard 也需要新版的
winterboard.deb 重開皆可！
